Great publication and a definite recommend from me .

Love the diary , but do not allow yourself to be "triaged " in your first contact phoncall.
We are just starting to see the first PIP applications go through my CAB Bureau , and unless the 20m rule is changed ...many will fail :(

Key as always is evidence evidence and more evidence .
